What to Expect From a Workshop Visit
A typical visit starts with a service inquiry and bicycle intake. We then carry out a mechanical inspection to identify visible wear, adjustment needs, and any repair items that should be addressed first.
Before any work begins, we explain the scope and share a quote based on the bicycle's condition and the parts involved. This keeps the process clear and avoids guesswork before inspection.
Clear checks, practical repairs, and straightforward service updates.
Cycle Sanctuary handles everyday bicycle servicing with a focus on safety checks, adjustment work, and repair clarity.
Our general servicing covers standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, puncture and tyre repair, and bicycle safety inspection. If a full overhaul is needed, the schedule depends on component condition and parts availability.
After repair and adjustment, every bicycle goes through a quality check. When the work is complete, we provide a service summary so you can see what was done and what may need attention later.
